Romans Pizza Barlow Park has such a BAD SERVICE!!!

Romans Pizza Barlow Park. Provides such poor service that I will never, ever purchase from them. I've made four purchases there since they opened for business. Their small pizza is lacking in cheese and dries up quickly. I questioned a worker about why the pizza had so little cheese and was so dry. He claimed it was because I took my time to collect it.

I was told, following my fourth complaint, that the manager had set a limit on how much cheese could be added, which is why my pizza is missing cheese.

Once more, this day! It was much worse than the four times I had previously purchased it. I assumed that because there were senior managers there today, they would perform better. However, when I requested a refund, I was informed by a senior manager that It's unfortunate that I know what I want but this is what they offer and that although it is regrettable that they are unable to provide what I desire, they will nonetheless issue my refund. So they offer a dry burned pizza???? & I am expected to pay with my money. I missed my lunch time for nonsense.

I wish they can call Romans Pizza Southgate for some tips.
