Romans Pizza bad staff

Just horrible staff. I had a birthday party to get to so I thought I get some pizza and I have to be there on time so I asked the staff how long for 6 pizza and she said 15 mins and I said okay and thought even if its 25 mins I don't mind waiting . I waited 15 mins then came back into the store to get my pizza . Saw its not ready . Waited another 5 mins then tried to speak to the girl there who was texting on here phone not even interested in the customer and now 25 mins has passed and they not communicating with me after I asked how long more they just chatting among themselves then I see the manager shouting at one of the staff goes behind to see what is going on then comes back to tell me they only made 5 pizza after waiting for so long and I waited another 20 mins just to get my 6 pizza at a time when the store was not even busy and I was told 15 mins for my pizza . Extremely disappointing.
