Romans pizza bad service

I ordered 2 large pizza at 19:30pm on 25/11/2022 only to receive my order at 21:30pm and it is a wrong order. I called the driver and the store to rectify this and only for the driver and the store to not take my calls anymore. I personally drove to the store and doubt the driver and 5 ladies working there and asked to please get my money back as the service was very poor and the food was not even what I ordered. To my dismay the ladies just laughed and the other one assisting me said she was ****ed off at my request. I am beyond upset as I didn't nit want to drive at night with my small children. This type of behavior is really unacceptable as these waiters and waitresses depend on us the customers to make a living. I am so disappointed at the level of service from Roman's Pizza Krugersdorp. I will never ever support this business as it is a joke from their staff to management, the are all pathetic and rude. What a joke of business they are running
