Romans Pizza and Uber eats poor service

I just had the worst experience with Roman’s Pizza no Uber eats , I made an order and when I tried to cancel I called the Roman’s Pizza shop on paul Kruger instead the gentleman who was assisting me decided to go ahead with the order , even had the audacity to give the Uber eats driver the phone of which they both confirmed that I shouldn’t cancel because the food will be delivered but instead I never received anything up until now and I’ve tried asking for a refund and no one seems to be able to assist me , Roman’s Pizza guy said it’s the Uber eats fault and they couldn’t provide me with the drivers details but his name is Brian , the driver stole my food , uber eats and romans stole my money
