Romans Pizza

We did not have a nice experience last night. We went to buy pizza at Romans Pizza in Brackenfell. Firstly the staff looked like they didn’t want to help. The phones was ringing crazy and they just went on doing what they are doing, not answering the phones. I stood there for almost 10 minutes waiting for my food just for someone to come and give it to me off the rack. Noboday assisted me, my food was just standing there waiting for someone to assist me. When we got home the pizza was ice cold, obviously because it stood there for a few minutes. They didn’t even apologise or nothing, just gave it to me. The corse of the pizza was hard and chewwy. I don’t think I will support them again , we’ve been ordering from them for years and this was the worst service ever.
