Romans Pizza a big no no, bad service and very inflexible

I can’t believe the crazy experience I just had at romans pizza Meadowridge, this is the first time that I tried to order from them , I thought a change would be nice, I was wrong. The staff barely recognized our presence in the store, when I tried to order they informed me that I would have to buy 2 pizzas, ok fair enough, a bit quirky. I then tried to order 2 bacon avo and feta pizzas, now my one son does not want avo and the one does not want feta so I asked if I could swap and put both pizzas avo on one and both pizzas feta on the other, seems easy enough I mean the toppings are the same.

Anyway the server refuses, saying that they can’t substitute toppings. Anyway now I am off to Bella pizza where I can get exactly what I want and they are more than happy to keep customers happy.

You would think that making the sale should be first priority, I would have spent around R400 on pizzas and maybe I would have liked them and I would have gone back, I don’t think I would eat their pizza if they gave me one for free after that experience ( well actually they would not be able to give me one because they only sell pizzas in pairs)
