Romans Pizza

I am very unhappy with romans pizza, i bought pizza online and pay it, and received, 2 days later the took the same amount again, i phoned romans to get the head of romans number, i phoned her and she told me she would gind out what is going on and check the slips, she phoned me back informing me that its not romans fault but Capitec fault. I phoned Capitec only to find out that they said it was Romans Fault wasted my airtime, i spoke to the Manager she said again it was not their fault so i phoned the bank again then shock came, i had to cancel my bank card fee of R70, the refund of the money would take 50 days and an fee of R80 now i must pay money just to get my money back,USELESS!! I WILL NEVER ORDER ROMANS AGAIN!
