Romans Pathetic Service

Tonight (15/11/2022) I ordered Pizza from Romans Mayville (again) at 18:10. Waiting for more than an hour and not getting through to them, they finally phoned me at 19:17 to say my order is leaving the shop only now. At 19:37 the driver phoned me to let me know he's there. Not even at my gate (as usual) I told him to take the order back. I have had alot of problems with Romans Mayville in the past as their service is completely pathetic but I keep going back. It's like I don't learn my lesson. They are never on time if you use their own delivery system, they cannot follow simple instructions as to which gate to stop at. I have now had enough but as we have it in South Africa, nothing will come of this because they have not improved at all. To put a review on their own website, also useless just like the staff.
