ROMANS ONLINE ORDERING DOES NOT WORK

Romans online ordering website does not work for my road. Even though I am in one suburb my property is physically closer to the Romans Branch in the adjoining suburb. Furthermore the online website ONLY gives me the adjoining suburb branch to select. After making my online order and paying, my order then gets rejected by the branch because the Roman's contract with Franchisees forbids from delivering to other suburbs. Now the Franchisee is in tears because she is unable to sort out the problem, leaning on Romans Corporate for certain supply of services. NONE OF THIS IS CLIENTS PROBLEM. Essentially what Romans is saying is, "We do not want your business".
