Romans - Okavango Crossing

I ordered Romans Pizza online, and somehow I managed to order the incorrect pizza. When I got to the branch to collect my order, as they always do, they opened up the box for me to check my order. It was at this moment that I realised my order was incorrect. I was so sure I had ordered correctly. The staff were absolutely amazing. They gave me the benefit of the doubt and re-did my order for me with the correct items. There were no questions asked, it just got done. This is such a rarity in today's times when service all over seems to have taken a dip. Well done guys, I now only support your Romans branch, and I think each and every one of you there is absolutely amazing. Thank you for your excellent service. It's a #WIN experience every time!
