Roman's Newton Park - you get mushrooms with your order whether you like it or not

I'm generally really happy with Roman's, but i had another experience like this at the Newton Park branch where I ordered a traditional Margerita (the only pizza my son eats) and i get all the way home (in Sherwood ) to discover that it has mushrooms on it. My son won't eat that. I had to donate the pizza to someone.

I never mentioned mushrooms when i ordered and , i never ordered murhsrooms.. the slip says "Margerita traditional" but i get mushrooms. Much to my son's horror.. I then have to phone Sunridge and order AGAIN, a margerita.. and go and collect it. Now I am spending well over an hour just trying to sort out this pizza order for my son and drive to TWO places, and pay for TWO Pizzas just to get ONE margerita.

I am a single mom on a very tight budget, and I'm very very disapopinted. I now have to sacrifice getting my son a pizza again soon as I just cannot afford to pay for this mistake that I never made.

This has happened to me before at the very same branch and I took the pizza back to them the next day only to be met by "sorry" and i had to throw the pizza away, coz I had already left the pizza in my car for the day until i could go there at lunch time to show them.

Very very disappointed that there is no customer service for my issue, which is why i haven't bothered to even take it up with them again. It's time and effort, and petrol to try and sort out.

someone in that kitchen really likes adding mushrooms to pizza's!!!

I will be ordering my pizza's from the Sunridge branch now.. their slip says Margerita traditional.. and that's what i get !
