Romans Newcastle Cant deliver

Romans' Pizza Newcastle! Honestly their instore service is exceptional , however i have had the misfortune of using their delivery service which is to say the service which i have received was **********, The delivery was done one hour and 15 minutes late, the pizza was cold, I did not receive a drink and I paid for a 2lt coke which I did not receive. While waiting for my order I spoke to the supervisor/ manager Lucinda who called the driver as on their system it had shown the order was delivered when it was clearly not, the driver then **** and said that she is at my front gate which was another lie as when i advised Lucinda that i am standing my gate the driver had then said she is two minutes away which was actually 10mins away. when the driver delivered eventually she did not give me a slip and my coke. i had called the store back and did receive apologies from Lucinda who then offered me to replace my meal at which point I was livid as I only want what I paid for. I order usually twice a month from this store and sadly after i collect my beverage tomorrow morning I will not continue to support such incompetency. This could have been so much more efficient if they had called me and said were sorry we are having a problem with deliveries. I would have collected as the romans is 5km away and Newcastle does not have traffic
