Roman's Meadowdale - Poor Food Quality

On the 08th July we ordered pizzas for dinner from the Meadowdale branch to treat our kids before they returned to school. After getting home with both pizza's we had to heat them as it was a cold day - we noticed the box looked a bit oily under the pizza's but didn't think much of it. After we all ate our first pieces the pizza felt undercooked. We eventually decided not to finish the pizza's and make something else for dinner, I unfortunately could not return the same evening to complain . All 4 of us suffered with stomach issues that night. Lodged a complaint on the Roman's website which showed receipt ( the same one used to place the order so I know it works ) and the message showed someone would be in touch. To date, 2 weeks later, no contact from the local shop or even via mail. First time I had an issue at this store - will NOT support you again if you cannot even respond, food is not something that you can compromise on!!!
