Romans Mall @ Carnival serve Frozen lasagna

Popped in to Romans Carnival mall. Having electricity issues with council and not having electricity though Romans would be good. Ordered and waited for quite a while even in an empty store. Collected my lasagna and returned home to find it partially frozen (the entire center). Only the outer ends had been warm. Immediately called the store back hoping to return it only to hear “the store is closed” (8pm 01/08/2021)

Won’t recommend Romans ever again.
