ROMANS MAKING ASSUMPTION AFTER LOGGING A COMPLAINT

Romans, don't assume please!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do you honestly think I will take the time to log a complaint and it happened only once for them not answering..... Really I am not ******** so please we often USED to call so much so that it was weekly or every second week so hence I picked up a trend that you just don't get through!!!!!!!!!! I am tired of supporting your company and you don't care for your customers!!!!!!!!!!! You advertise call and order so make Bronkhorstspruits one that you have to go to the store to order and collect only!!!!!! I can bet you I will call them this Saturday afternoon again and it will not go through. SO ROMANS IF IT IS A LINE PROBLEM GET IT SORTED!!!!! YOU ACTUALLY LOSING BUSINESS BUT HEY ECONOMY IS GREAT SO YOU NOT CONCERNED RIGHT!!!
