Romans Lyttleton absolutely shocking service

I was phoning in for a phone order at Romans Pizza Lyttleton. After placing the order I wanted to enquire about the birthday discount as tomorrow is my birthday. The cashier then gave the phone to the manager who said no company policy dictates that I am not elligible. I then tell the manager its fine I will see them later. I even held on the phone to listen if he did not give the phone to the cashier or not. I drove all the way on a road I really dislike to collect the pizza. When I came there I was advised the pizza was never even made. I am livid . Then the chef told me no he thought I would be coming back tomorrow? How would the chef know what the manager suggested I do? I don't need the 20 percent discount. I just thought that because I am a regular at romans pizza Lyttleton, that they would make a concession as it is literally 3 hours before my birthday. After being told that I couldn't get the discount I understood, and still expected my ****ing order to get done. This is unacceptable as I now have nowhere else I can get food from. I will never in my life go to Romans Pizza Lyttleton again.
