Romans Lenasia south needs training on customer service

I'm really disappointed at the service I received at Romans Lenasia south, I order a pizza which I wanted extra's on it and I paid for it. I received the pizza which I ordered beef and they gave me chicken and didn't add the jalapeno so I go back to Romans and the manager was not helpful finding every excuse to not rectify there mistake and she was absolutely rude and she tells me she cant bake the jalapeno on the pizza when i asked her to do it. I had to go home and bake it myself. Absolutely horrible service
