Roman's Jean-Crossing Double over charge!!

So I place an order online with your Jean-Crossing Store in Centurion, Pretoria on the 1st of June. It was a Car Kerb Side delivery. My order was R102. Only after placing the order to see my card being charged R142. I immediately called the stores and was told to come into the store to sort out the problem as I was incorrectly charged R40 for delivery.

I was assured my order would be cancelled and had to place a new order in store. Manager adviced that my money would be reversed as order was cancelled. Well surprise on the 4th June when the banking was done the transaction was processed. I am being told to get a bank statement so a refund can be processed, but who will pay the fees for the bank statement me??

That's unreasonable. I just want my money back, as I was promised.
