Romans in fact cant deliver on promises

Ordered through the app and order was cancelled due to the Somerset West store that dont have drivers (had to phone the Strand store as the SW store didnt answer for 45mins. Placed my order for delivery with Strand branch (which i am 3km closer to) to be informed that their drivers complain that Somerset West is too far and they wont be able to deliver. No solution given. So asked if i should rather order from Debonairs that do deliver? Oh ma'am i didnt say that... Absolutely useless that none of the Romans stores can deliver due to lack of drivers and politics between the delivery areas.
