Romans Extreme Disappointment

Dear Romans Team,

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and dissatisfaction with my recent experience. On Friday, we ordered 3 X Four in One Pizzas online and requested a change from pickup to delivery. We were informed that the pizzas would be delivered within 45 minutes, which we considered acceptable.

However, after waiting for over an hour without any sign of delivery, we attempted to contact your restaurant. Unfortunately, our call was abruptly terminated. We placed the order at 19:45, and it's now 21:30. The order number is ***.

Given the circumstances, I am shocked and disappointed by the level of service we received from Romans. I hope you will take immediate action to address this issue and provide a better experience for your customers in the future. As I have to try and find a open business who will still assist me
