Romans Elarduspark

*********** staff. Romans staff did not even care to check if order was ready. I called to place an order and when I got to the store I gave my order number and payed. The staff member did not say anything and glanced to the completed orders and walked away so I assumed my order was not ready. After 10 min of waiting and a total 30min after placing the order they started calling out orders number way after mine. When trying to the attention of someone to check if mine was ready only one staff member was there and was busy with another customer. More staff members came from the back looked at me and just stood there doing nothing. Obviously i got upset and told them to give me my order which was clearly sitting on the shelf underneath 5 other boxes. When I asked if my order was ready when paying I got no response.

Romans clearly needs to improve their customer service training and hire people that actually wants to work.
