Romans doesnt live up to C***** tropica promotion

Mr Bonginkhosi manager of Romans refused to allow me to claim my prize that I won on the tropica competition. The first time was last month since he did not have tropica juice in stock . I accepted that. The next episode was this past Saturday when I was told I was to produce the original slip of the drink that I received when purchasing the juice. Remenber tropicas rules dont state that, they only request that a barcode be sent to them via their competition via sms. I won the competition fairly, they sent me a bar code or USSD code which I am required to produce at any Romans. <br> The mamnger of the store was rude and did not even try to assist in any way<br> <br> This is por service, I will complain to trpoca as well. My entire meal there was upsetting as I was made to feel like I was the oppressor
