romans bluff is the worst

I phone to order pizza on the 31/01/15 ...firstly on the phone I was told I previously made a hoax call and couldn't take my call..I then asked, when and what was my hoax call about which I didnt not make, as I bought pizza the pervious friday and no1 told me about this..the black lady who took my call couldn't tell me..and after all that she took my order..when I got there to pick up my order..I asked for the manger, a white lady came out after me calling her 3 times..so I complained what my problem was, she was so rude to me saying I am causing a scene in the store, which I wasnt..she didnt help me<br> as for the pizzas, I order 4 large, pizzas was terrible, and was not cooked, when I got home I had to put them in oven , even after that we could eat them..<br> the bluff romans as bad management and attitude of staff is ridiculous. ?<br> I need someone to call me, as we order atleast once a week from that store
