Romans BBQ Spare Rib & Pineapple Pizza burns badly

I wish to make a complaint against Romans Pizza Blackheath. I ordered the "Any 2 Large Pizzas" deal to celebrate my friends birthday. The order was 1 large Hawaiian and 1 large BBQ Spare Rib & Pineapple. The Spare Rib & Pineapple 1 burnt my friends throat, her son's whole mouth was on fire and had to have an anti-inflammatory. It even caused a problem in my throat. We were extremely disappointed with the experience this was the worst experience we have had from Romans which we preferred over all the competitors but after this we are not sure whether we are uncertain whether it will still be a viable option.
