Romans App and Online ordering system is a total mess

I left a review a week ago where I voiced my unhappiness that neither the Romans website nor the app could process my order. It is ridiculous to think that we live in 2024 and a large franchise like Romans cannot get their online ordering system to function properly. I mean Uber Eats can process and fulfil deliveries to perhaps 40 different franchises country-wide. I am now sitting for the second week where I am experiencing the exact same issue as last week.

ROMANS, you should be ashamed. Sort out your problems with your app and online ordering system.
