****roach on pizza

Bought 3 small pizzas for my kids via bolt foods at Kenilworth branch cape Town. Pizza was delivered sealed 7:25pm when opened we saw a ****roach baked into the pizza. I immediately contacted the store a few times which was probably busy with supper orders which I understand. I had no answer. Past 8pm I phoned again, spoke to the manageress on duty, left my number and she phoned me back to say they will replace it. I said I'll keep all 3 in the fridge and will come around at a later stage for refund. I did however request the owner to send me an apology.
