Ridiculous service Highlands North branch

Ridiculous service really, placed an order on the phone as I always do, but when i got there my order was not even ready had to wait for over 40 mins and they were irritated with the fact that we were not happy. Rose does not have any customer service etiquette, pliz take her for training. To make matters worse when i got home my order was all wrong so irritating and waste of time nd petrol to even go back and sort this. Disgusting service and she even have the guts to roll her eyes. So irritated I don't even wanna buy from them anymore.
