Ridiculous service
My husband and I always order pizza at Romans at the Bluff branch as their service is always good. However, last night, the 4th of March 2015, we waited 50 minutes for our pizza. We were not told before we placed our order that there will be such a huge delay nor were we told of the delay after we placed our order (which is always done)! We did not even receive an apology from the staff! This is now making me think twice before I order there again!
