Refusal to deliver my order and false advertising

I attempted to place an order on the app from the Melrose Crossing branch.

I received a call from the Melrose Crossing branch informing me that they are not able to deliver to my address which is 8 km away because “it’s too far”.

I will be writing reviews on social media platforms, as well as, Hellopeter in respect of the extremely poor customer service.

I will also be reporting False Advertising practices of the Romans Pizza app to the consumer commission.
