Refund

I have placed an order online and had to op for a refund since Romans called me and said they can't deliver where i am because of distance of which i understood. But now i was told this refund is processed and the money will be deposited to my account in 2 - 5 working days , today is the 6th day and still nothing, i called my bank to advice and they said they have not received a notification , on which they have to send an sms to me to let me know that a refund is being processed and i should accept it but i have not received an SMS and people from Romans tells me they have processed on their side. This has left me very frustrated because how can i pay for something i did not even eat.
