I ordered pizza's for your company and am very disappointed by one of the staff members. I found her to be very rude, when asking my name she started laughing at me when i told her. She obviously did not listen and thought i was saying Simon instead of Simone. I feel you need to teach staff members some manners and inform them on proper behavior towards clients. After all this is a service and customers need to be respected.
