REALLYT REALLY BAD SERVICE AND NOT HAPPY

About a week ago I ordered 12 pizza pies and only got 10 pies then i phoned them and told them my order was not complete the manager spoke with me and said i can come any day to get the pizza pies never told me I had to phone and get the pies so last night I placed a order online and in my special instructions I told them i want the pizza pies they owe me. the lay there then told me I had to call and order the pizza pies. they never even read the special instructions cause when i told them I asked for the pies on the instructions she started reading the instructions and said I had to wait for the pies as they did not see the instructions. I am not happy with the service i got and why is there a place online to give special instructions if they don't even read the instructions. I will never set foot in any romans again especially the Romans Pizza in Three Rivers Vereeniging. And I will make sure this does not happen to anybody I will spread my words. REALLY REALLY BAD SERVICE !!!!!!!!!!!
