Raw Reality

Ordered a Pizza from Romans Pizza Brackenfell using the Mr. Delivery app. Great servive drom Mr. Delivery but I will never order Pizza from Romans at Brackenfell again. The Pizza dough was raw. When I phones them they said I can come and collect a new pizza but i already Paid Mr. Delivery to deliver. I don't have transport currently that is why I paid for delivry. It is Sunday afternoon I paid for convenience instead Romans made my Sunday rather inconvenient! After asking them if I cant receive a voucher for my next purchase, they simply said they do not do vouchers. If this was my business and I was at fault I would have tried and corrected it, best I could!
