Raw pizza, not once, but twice.

We went to Roman's on the 16th of December 2019, first when me and my partner arrived, no one got up to help us, we finally placed a order, then they put the music so loud in the store, I couldn't even hear my partner speak. We took our pizza and left. Got home as we had guests only to find out the pizza we had ordered was raw. The dough was raw. We then took it back to the store and the manager just kept on sitting, and they said they would replace it. We were told they don't have thick base so we took then base. We were told to come back the next day for thick base. We checked the new pizza in the store and that one was also raw. Once again they put it through the oven twice, that seemed to be OK.

1.I would like to know how is it that this can be happening, what health risk are Roman's placing the public in, if this happened twice, how many others has this happened to.

2. Why is it that a store can play music so loud that one can't even hear yourself think. I have proof of this loud music on video that I took in store.

3. Why is it that the manager was reluctant to assist when we entered the store.

I deeply unsatisfied with the quality of service and the quality of the food we were given. It was embarrassing when we had to tell guests that the food was raw.

Roman's pizza won't see me in the future again.
