****py Service From Romans Pizza Pretorius Street, Pretoria.

Romans Pizza in Pretorius Street, Pretoria is really starting to get on my nerves with their ****py service. This is the second time now a similar instance happened in the space of two months. I placed an order as I usually do on the app, received a confirmation that's it's been accepted and it should be ready in 15 minutes. I got to the store 25 minutes later, and they had not even prepared it or processed it on the system. They made me wait another 15 minutes, only to get the order wrong, they prepared the wrong pizza and they insisted that they were right, until I showed them the screenshot of the order confirmation, which I had ready because I could tell something like this was gonna happen again. I ended up spending more than an hour t on something so simple, just read instructions on your screen. This is utter nonsense, you need to do better. To the guys in charge of technology there, please ensure the right orders are submitted to the store because this is just garbage. Technology is meant for convenience, we order ahead so we don't have to wait, the store wasn't even busy, there was no need for the order to take over an hour to be prepared.
