Worst experience ever. Today was the 4th order in a row that was messed up. Employees that can't read or see that a order is wrong shouldn't even work in any franchise. I pay for something wich I don't receive.Then you have an arrogant Manager(Mr. Thabo) that tells you that he made the pizza himself and that you are lying and then tells you that he wil send the pizza the next day, useless. Everytime you hear sorry, sorry ,sorry. We wil send you a pizza on the house to make up for these mistakes. I think with all the pizza that romanz pretoria gardens owe me I should be the owner by now. Thanks for nothing.
