POTCHEFSTROOM ROMANS PIZZA DO BETTER

Very very disappointed in Romans Pizza Potchefstroom, went in to order to avoid mix ups, when I received my order the lady took my slip shoved the boxes on the counter turned around and disappeared. I saw there were only 5 boxes, and I ordered 6 pizzas and called her back, hence no response. I asked another lady to check my order because there is a box missing, she asked me for my slip, I told her the other lady already took my slip, I still remembered my order number and gave it to her to check for me where she repeatedly told me she can't help me without a slip and I should've double checked my order before I took my things. I always love romans and always support them but this was unfair and unexceptable I am really disappointed and when I got in the car the order was not even right
