Poor show Romans Pizza.

Placed an online order with the merchant, paid for collection and we were told the order would be ready in 25 minutes for collection. Proceeded through to the shop 30 minutes later giving them a bit of extra time, needless to say that this was nowhere near the prep time they needed. End of the day it took 54 minutes to give us the pizzas. And to just make the experience that little bit more special the provided hand sanitiser bottle at the entrance was empty so everyone is touching this container spreading the love (and corona). Not well managed in this day and age. 1 star for you Romans, its about as much effort your staff gave its customers that day.
