Poor Service ,very Bad

Romans Pizza Melrose what a bad service i have received from you guys ,i placed my order on the Mr Delivery app @ 12:10 ,and i only received it now @ 13:30,i am not happy with the service received its Zero Service even the food was cold ,the driver arrived on time but waited the whole 40min arriving my place its a whole 1hour ORDER#DFD***
