Poor service - Romans Pizza Madeliefie

I cannot understand why there should be rows at Romans Pizza? Nor why should one do the effort to order online?

Recently I was at Romans Pizza Madeliefie whereby there was a long line, no problem whatsoever, a person collecting online orders, I need no mention the firms name, just pushes in front of me, who was standing in the long queue and gets assisted by the Romans staff member immediately.....

Now how is that fair, time is of the essence for everyone, I too and other have obligations to make.......

So I beg to ask the question how does Romans Pizza value a client at home over that of one in the store , is a client not a client?

I am truly upset, I have been to many other fast food retailers where patrons get proper service and delivery firms have to wait like decent people in a queue, and if they cut the queue they get informed to wait.....

I wonder why Romans Pizza cannot fathom this concept??
