Poor service resulted in cold and hard pizza

I ordered Pizza for delivery online from Romans Pizza in Protea Glen mall on the 15th of December 2020 and was told that I would receive it in 30 minutes . After 45 minutes I contacted Romans to find out how far my order was and I was told that the driver was stuck on the road due to car problems and that it was being sorted out. a few minutes later I got a text saying that it had been sorted and the driver was on his way. From the mall to my place is a 10 minute drive however to my surprise , another 30 minutes later the driver still hadn't arrived. After waiting for another hour I then decided to contact Romans again and this time there was no response and so I decided to go to the mall and find what why I hadn't received my order. I was shocked to see that my order was still in the shop and the staff could not even give an explanation as yo why its still there. so if I had not come I was not going to receive it .

I paid and took my order because I had hungry kids that have been waiting for hours for their food and I was so disappointed coz the Pizza was cold and hard on the edges. I never expected to receive such poor service from Romans, my money was wasted on a hard and cold pizza and to top it off my transport money to go to the mall!!
