Poor service overall

Took my right year old daughter on a lunch date to Romans Pizza in Phoenix Plaza, Durban. Placed our order and waited 50 minutes until I eventually got up to ask what's happening with our order as people who came after us were getting their food. The staff took my slip but couldn't find my order they kept looking for another 10-15 minutes. I waited, eventually I was told they'll be preparing my food ( by then my daughter was nagging and almost crying because we were so hungry) food eventually came and the order was wrong!!! I never had such a distasteful pizza in my life, the filling was sour and dough was still raw. Needless to say the lunch date I had planned did not turn out as I was planning. No apology nothing from staff they just went about BAU
