Poor service

I ordered pizza for delivery from Romans Beyerspark on the 11th of September. The order started to take too long and I checked their ordering website. This showed that my order was ready for collection, I then called them to enquire about my delivery. The pizza arrived 35 minutes later, cold, even though they are less than a km from me. I then called again and spoke to their manager to raise a complaint. He promised to phone me the following day to resolve the problem. I am still waiting for a proper apology from the branch.
