Poor service

I ordered pizza via their uber eats online portal. I selected collection at Norkem Corner Kempton Park. Got to the store only to be told to follow the que because they have one cashier. I explained to the lady that I am just there to collect my online order and she said she couldnt help me. I stood there for close to 15minutes waiting for her to help other customers only to be given very cold pizza and the cashier asks me why I didnt mention I am collecting uber eats yet I did that and was told that the lady that helped me Is new and she doesnt know that uber eats customers just come and collect. Please train your cashiers as this is disheartening. You order something online leave your house thinking you be back in 5 minutes only to get back home 30 minutes later and you dont even want to eat the pizza anymore
