Poor service

Romans pizza Meadowdale….This is my second complain regarding this branch,since renovations and change of front staff its been poor service,today i ordered at 13:05,came back at 13:38….the lady gave my order to somebody and asked me to wait for her to quickly make me my pizza,like she own my time and lunch hour….so here i am waiting and wasting my linch hour for a 50rands pizza….please change that cashier lady if she cant do her job….the first time i thought it was a mistake but again within 90days…..actually this is how they ***** food i tell you
