POOR SERVICE DELIVERY - WAVERLEY ROMAN'S PIZZA

6 months ago I waited 75 min for my pizza; today I ordered at 16:25 due to it being a Friday, hoping the service have improved. I called after 50 minutes and only then did the delivery guy came. this is not on as I have been told I'd have to wait about 35 min, which is fair. the service at Waverley's Roman's Pizza is becoming worse and worse!
