Poor Service Delivery and Food

<p>On the 25th July 2017, I called at 2pm to order the Romans Pizza special with a cheesy garlic bread with extra cheese. I distinctly asked that my order be ready at 5pm and no earlier as it would be cold.</p> <p> </p> <p>I arrived at 5:10pm to find that my order was not completely ready and told to wait 4mins, I went away and came back after 10 minutes to be told.. Wait another 4 minutes... I am very disappointed as the order should have been ready long ago. The pizza was cold when i got it.</p> <p> </p> <p>The manager was very unprofessional and did not even say anything when I complained.</p> <p> </p> <p>What is the purpose of call and order???</p> <p>Why did I get cold pizza?</p> <p>Where is customer service these days!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Very disappointed with the food and service!</p> <p> </p>
