Poor service delivery

I am extremely, utterly appalled by the service delivery from Romans Pizza (Maponya mall). I placed my order in person on Monday just after 4pm after visiting a loved in Baragwanath Hopsital. Being exhausted and tried from work thought this would be an option to save me from preparing a home cooked meal.

The prestation, portion was not up to standard and the pizza nearly seem burned on the out edge. There was hardly any cheece and ham. To make matters worse, I had ordered one ham and one beef and my order was completely wrong as well. If I was not exhausted I would have driven back fro a refund. My family was very disappointed, especially my 5 year old who loves Romans only had one slice of which she did it of finish up because it was dry and tasteless 😤.

I posted my complaint on their Facebook page and nobody has bothered to apologize. This was complete disrespect. Pizza is not cheap and when one decided to have take aways we expect it to be worth the drive and the effort given the fact that petrol itself is costly! To me it seems service is based on the area and type of clientelle in Maponya because I have never experienced this other branches of Romans Pizza. This was my first and certainly my last visiting Maponya!
