Poor Service

On Saturday evening we had a heavy storm in the Lenasia South area. due to the storm we had power outage form 20h00 the Saturday evening and the electricity was on;y restored the Sunday afternoon after 16h00. Understandably we could not cook and order from Romans Pizza. The branch Shop 1 NTN Shopping Centre, 88 Starling Rd, Lenasia South, from where is reside 136 Wi****ersrand Street is approximately 3.4 kilometers or 6 minutes away. Needless to say, we waited for an hour for the delivery and the pizza was ice cold. We called the Manager to complaint but he clearly do not know the meaning of the (TCF) initiative as he nonchalantly encouraged us to lodge a formal complaint.
