Poor Service at Pretoria Gardens Branch

<p>I had the worst service ever at Roman's Pizza Pretoria Gardens. Very disappointed as I am a regular customer who phones for collection orders. My order was place at 11:27 via telephone. I went to collect at 11:55. On arrival my order was done yet and there were some kind of a delay with the dressings. Isn't it supposed to be pre-made?? Conclusion is that after an hour I walked out of the store with this pathetic service. My lunch time was also over. The cashier had the most ridiculous attitude, not giving me any proper feedback as way I should wait so long... In future I will rather drive to Roman's Mayville. I will never support Pretoria Gardens ever again!</p> <p>The salad weren't even fresh and of usual standard!</p> <p>Not sure if there were any management in that store, as none of the employees were keen on working or delivering any customer service. The queue for in store orders were also very long.</p> <p>I do understand that at times a store might get busy.<br />But I am paying for a product which I expect quality of and which shouldn't have taken an hour!</p>
